Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions pertain to the online booking of personal coaching services through the Aslan Website.  You're about to make a great investment in yourself.  But, as with all things, it's always a good thing to make sure we're all on the same page.  By purchasing any service online through the Aslan Website you accept that you understand, accept and adhere to these Terms and Conditions. 

Your Commitment

It is to your benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing a personal coaching session or package that you are committed to the process and to investing in yourself.  Aslan Hub Members are all ready to serve you 100% and require you to also be 100% committed by accepting these Terms and Conditions. 

Cancelled Appointments

If you have made an online appointment and changed your mind we will offer the following refunds:

For refunds processed 12 plus hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a 80% refund of the session price. 

For refunds processed 12 hours or under before your scheduled session, you will receive a 50% refund of the session price.  

Rescheduled Appointments

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to reschedule an appointment.  

For rescheduled appointments with 12 or more hours notice there is no charge. 

For rescheduled appointemtns with less than 12 hours notice there will be a 20% fee charged on top of your session price.
